Trade shows & conventions
Trade show printing,
delivered to your booth
Show dailies, replacement flyers, a banner with last year’s logo on it — convention week is a series of small emergencies. We have been handling them for local exhibitors and out-of-town event planners since 2005.
Shipping in vs. printing here
Freighting boxes to a show floor
costs more than printing them here.
Every exhibitor learns this the expensive way. Once you add up what it takes to get a stack of printed material onto the floor, printing it locally and having it walked in usually wins — and it can’t get lost in transit.
Printing at home and shipping it
What you end up paying for
- Advance warehouse or direct-to-show drayage
- Material handling, billed by hundredweight with a minimum
- Airline baggage or freight charges, plus fuel surcharges
- Storage of empty crates during the show
- Outbound handling to get whatever is left back home
- The risk of it arriving late, damaged, or not at all
Rates vary by venue and general service contractor — check your exhibitor kit for the current schedule.
Printing it in Las Vegas
What you pay us
- The printed price, quoted before we start
- Local delivery to your venue on large orders
- Nothing for storage — we hold it until you need it
- Reprints mid-show if you run out on day two
- Corrections while the show is still running
- No crates, no freight paperwork, no tracking numbers
Send us your exhibitor kit and we’ll tell you honestly which way is cheaper for your show.
What exhibitors order most
The show-week order,
printed two miles from the floor.
Booth delivery
We drive it to
the show floor.
Large orders get delivered. Tell us the venue, hall and booth number when you order and we work back from your setup time. Drive times below are typical — during the biggest weeks, add to them.
Las Vegas Convention Center
West, Central and North halls, plus the Riviera lot.
Mandalay Bay Convention Center
South end of the Strip, Bayside and Shoreline levels.
Caesars Forum
Forum ballrooms and the Summit, off Koval Lane.
Venetian Expo
Sands Expo halls and the Palazzo meeting space.
Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino
Paradise and International meeting rooms.
Strip & downtown hotels
Hotel ballrooms, hospitality suites and front desks.
Working with us during show week
One person on your job,
start to finish.
There is no ticket queue here. The person who quotes your job is the person who watches it run and the person who answers when you call at 4:45 because something changed.
For multi-day shows we set the format up front — sizes, stocks, delivery point, who signs off — so that each night’s reprint is a five-minute conversation rather than a fresh briefing.
If your artwork is not press-ready, our in-house design team can fix it or build it. That is usually faster than sending it back to whoever made it.
Production options
- Short runs — print what the booth will actually hand out
- Sizes — standard or cut to whatever your stand needs
- Binding — saddle-stitch, coil, tabs and dividers
- Finishing — folding, scoring, laminating, mounting
- Paper — light text weights through heavy cover
- Signage — rigid boards, easel signs, directional and wayfinding
What to send us
- The show and venue, plus hall and booth number
- Your setup window, not just the show open time
- A phone that gets answered on the floor, not a shared inbox
- Your exhibitor kit if you want us to compare against shipping
- Print-ready PDF with bleed, or the native file

Exhibitor questions
Show week,
answered plainly.
What is the latest I can send artwork and still have it at my booth?
Get it approved before 10 AM and it comes off the press the same day, ready by 4 PM or on its way to your booth. Approve it later and it is guaranteed for the following morning. You will know which of the two you are getting before you pay, and if setup is even tighter than that, call the shop and we will give you a straight answer.
Which Las Vegas convention venues do you deliver to?
The Las Vegas Convention Center, Mandalay Bay Convention Center, Caesars Forum, Venetian Expo, Westgate, and the Strip and downtown hotels. Large orders are delivered to the floor. Send the hall, booth number and setup window with your order and we schedule the run backwards from when you need it in hand.
Why does printing in Vegas often cost less than shipping my booth materials?
Because the print bill is only part of what shipping costs. Freight to a show adds advance warehouse or direct-to-show drayage and material handling charged by the hundredweight, before you count the airline or freight fees. Printing here turns all of that into one printed price plus a local delivery. Send us your exhibitor kit and we will put the two side by side.
Can you reprint show dailies every night of a multi-day show?
Yes, and it gets faster each night. On the first day we agree the format once: size, stock, delivery point and who signs off. After that, each evening's reprint is a five-minute conversation, not a fresh briefing, and the same person handles it all week.
My artwork is not print-ready. Can you still hit my show deadline?
Usually. Our in-house design team can fix a file or build one from scratch, often within a few hours, which tends to be quicker than sending it back to whoever made it. A PDF with bleed is ideal, but Illustrator, InDesign, JPEG and PNG files work too, and you can attach them right to the quote form.
How many pieces should I print for a trade show?
Print what the booth will actually hand out. Our digital presses are built for short runs, typically 50 to 1,000 pieces, so there is no reason to order thousands and ship the leftovers home. If you run low mid-show, a top-up run is a phone call away.
Printing for a show this week?
Tell us the show, the venue and the deadline. If it is today, call the shop — that is faster than any form.
