A banner is the one piece of your booth that people read from thirty feet away, which means it is mostly a legibility problem. Big type, high contrast, and far less copy than you think you need. We will tell you if the artwork you send is going to be unreadable from the aisle, because nobody else in the chain will.

Standard booth banners run on 13oz scrim vinyl, hemmed all the way round with grommets where you need them. Mesh is available where wind matters, and retractable stands are the right answer when a banner has to go up and down every day of the show.

Which format for which job

Hemmed and grommeted vinyl is the default: cheap, durable, hangs from a truss or ties to a frame. Specify where you want the grommets — corners only, or every two feet along the top.

Retractable stands are for booths that get struck each night, or for anyone travelling with the graphic. The cassette protects the print, and the graphic can be replaced later without buying new hardware.

Table throws and runners turn a rented six-foot table into something that looks intentional. Printed on fabric, washable, and they fold into a bag rather than a crate.

Artwork that survives being blown up

• Send vector art where you can — logos especially
• Raster images want roughly 100–150 dpi at final size, not at 300 dpi letter size
• Leave 2" of clearance inside hems and around grommets for anything important
• Dark solid backgrounds show handling marks; a slight texture hides them
• Tell us the finished size in inches, not "big"

Booth graphics beyond banners

We also print rigid signage on foam board and gator board for easel signs and directional work, plus posters up to 42 inches wide. If a piece has to stand on its own without hardware, mounting it is usually cheaper than building a frame.
