Halls here are large enough that "the convention center" is not an address — we need the hall and the booth number to get a delivery to the right place inside your setup window.

During the biggest shows the surrounding roads slow down badly. If your setup window is tight, tell us and we will build the drive time in rather than optimistically assume it.

Check your exhibitor kit before you order. Most venues route deliveries through a general service contractor, and some require EAC paperwork or a certificate of insurance for anyone working on the floor. That is a form, not an obstacle — but it is worth knowing about on Monday rather than Thursday.

Do you deliver printing to Las Vegas Convention Center?

How long does it take to get printing to Las Vegas Convention Center?

Typically 15 – 20 min from our door, traffic depending. During the busiest show weeks the roads around every major venue slow down, so we build extra time in rather than cut it fine.

Can you reprint something while the show is running?

Yes — that is most of what we do during show week. Send the file, we will proof it back quickly, and we can have a reprint on the floor the same day if it is approved before 10 AM.

What do you need from me before delivery?

The venue, the hall or room, the booth number, your setup window and a phone number that will actually be answered on the floor. Check your exhibitor kit for any EAC paperwork or certificate of insurance the general service contractor requires.
