To the venue, stacked where you want them

A show daily has the least forgiving deadline in printing. The content is not finished until the floor closes, and it is worthless if it is not in front of attendees when the doors open the next morning. There is no version of this that works with a printer in another state.

We run dailies as a standing arrangement during show week: you send the file when the floor closes, we print and finish overnight, and it is stacked at the entrance or at your booth before the first badge scans. Same crew every night of the show, so nobody has to be re-briefed at 9 PM.

How a nightly run actually works

Before the show starts we lock the format — page count, trim size, stock and where it gets dropped. That is the part that takes time, and doing it in advance is what makes the overnight turn possible.

During the show, each night follows the same shape: your file lands, we preflight and send a proof back fast, you approve, it runs. Page counts can move night to night as long as the format holds.

Plan the format before the show, not during it

  • Fix the trim size and stock in advance — changing it mid-show costs you a night
  • Stitched work needs page counts in multiples of four
  • Build the template with a consistent margin so late copy can flow in
  • Agree the drop point and time with your venue contact before day one
  • Give us a phone number that will be answered at 9 PM, not a shared inbox

Also useful during show week

The same overnight capacity handles session programs, updated floor maps, errata sheets and award-night booklets. If something changed on the floor today and attendees need to know tomorrow, that is the job this is built for.

A same-day job, hour by hour

How it runs
through the shop.

Doors open

Email the artwork or bring a drive to the shop on E Patrick Lane. We confirm we’ve got a printable file.

Same-day cutoff

Files approved by now go out today. Later than that and we guarantee it for tomorrow morning.

Proof and color

We check bleed, trim and color, then send a proof back. Nothing runs until you sign off on it.

On press

Digital presses, built for short runs of 50 to 1,000. Cutting, folding and binding happen in house.

Pick up or delivery

Collect it at the counter before we close, or we load large orders and drive them to your venue.

Show dailies — questions we get

Straight answers.

How late can I send the file and still have dailies in the morning?

It depends on the page count and finishing, which is why we set the format before the show opens. Once that is locked we can tell you the real cutoff for your job — usually it is late evening. Call the shop and we will work it out for your specific show.

Can the page count change from night to night?

Yes, as long as the trim size, stock and binding stay fixed. For saddle-stitched work the page count needs to stay in multiples of four.

Do you deliver the dailies to the venue?

Yes. We deliver to the Las Vegas Convention Center, Mandalay Bay, Caesars Forum, the Venetian Expo, Westgate and Strip hotels. Tell us the hall and the drop point when we set the format.

Can you print a daily for a show that starts tomorrow?

Call us. It is harder without the lead-in conversation, but it is not automatically a no — and we will tell you honestly whether we can hold the deadline.

Need it printed today?

Artwork approved before 10 AM is ready before we close. After that we guarantee tomorrow morning — and we tell you which before you pay.
