1. Who we are

This website is run by Sunrise Printing & Mailing, 3945 E Patrick Ln, Ste C, Las Vegas, NV 89120 (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we collect through this website and when you contact us, what we do with it, and the choices you have.

2. What we collect

When you send the quote form, we receive what you type: your name, company, email address, phone number, what you want printed, when you need it, the quantity and any notes. Your browser also sends some technical information with the form, and we record your IP address, the page you sent it from and the date and time.

When you email, call or text us, we receive whatever you choose to send, including artwork and other files for printing.

Mailing lists. If you give us a list of addresses for a mailing job, we receive the names and addresses on it.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers of its own.

3. How we use it

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote.
• To produce, deliver or mail your order, and to contact you about it.
• To keep a record of past jobs, so we can reprint or re-quote them when you ask.
• To keep the form free of spam and abuse. For this we use your IP address in a scrambled (hashed) form to limit how many requests can be sent in an hour.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a quote.

4. Where it is kept

Quote requests are stored on our web host’s server, in a folder that cannot be reached from the internet, and a copy is emailed to our business mailbox, which is hosted by our email provider. Artwork you upload with the quote form is stored with your request in that same protected folder, not in the email, and is deleted from the web server automatically 10 days after it arrives. Files for jobs we produce are kept on our shop’s computers.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. We share it only:

• with the companies that host this website and our email, so the form and our mailbox work;
• with the US Postal Service or a delivery service, to the extent needed to deliver or mail your order;
• when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.

Mailing lists you give us are used only to produce that mailing. We do not keep them for any other purpose, add them to any list, or share them.

6. Google services on this site

Pages on this site load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google and Google receives your IP address. The contact page includes an embedded Google Map, which may set cookies of Google’s own when it loads. Links to our Google reviews take you to Google. Google’s use of that information is covered by the Google Privacy Policy, not this one.

7. How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and job records for as long as we need them to handle your order and keep normal business records, including so we can reprint a job later. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will unless we have to keep it by law.

8. Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@sunriseprintinglv.com or call (702) 518-7046. We may need to confirm it is really you before we act on a request.

Nevada residents. We do not sell covered information as defined in Nevada law (NRS 603A). If you would still like to submit a request to opt out of any future sale, email us at the address above and we will confirm it.

9. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us, including keeping stored quote requests out of public reach and sending the form over an encrypted connection. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so please do not send payment card numbers or passwords through the form or by email.

10. Children

This website is for businesses and adults planning print jobs. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be noted on this page before they take effect.
